Description:
● Develop and strengthen existing and new relationships with Doctors, Lab staff, Purchasers, Biomedical and other Paramedics to drive territory sales growth to highest level.
● Leverage an established CRM database to maintain records of current and potential clients, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
● Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships and fostering customer loyalty. “Clock Follows You and You dont follow clock”
● Conducting on-site installations, PPM, and maintenance of medical equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to local Regulatory and safety protocols.
● Providing technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
● Diagnosing equipment malfunctions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
● Communicate product value propositions, aligning solutions with customer needs and organizational goals. Willingness to learn
● Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts across various markets and product lines.
● Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring effective internal communication and streamlined operations.
● Collaborate with Managers to coordinate strategic sales initiatives and deepen client engagement.
● Bachelor’s degree in science / Biomedical Engineering.
● 2 years of medical sales experience is required; Associate Representatives with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
● Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence clinical decision-makers.
● Highly Honest, motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with a consistently positive attitude.
● Willingness to travel including frequent out-of-area travel.
● Valid driver’s license and own car Preferrable.
